"And now I’m looking at you,” he said, “and you’re asking me if I still want you, as if I could stop loving you. As if I would want to give up the thing that makes me stronger than anything else ever has. I never dared give much of myself to anyone before, but since the first time I saw you, I have belonged to you completely."

"I didn’t know what hate felt like, not the hate that comes after love. It’s huge and desperate and longs to be proved wrong. And every day it’s proved right it grows a little more monstrous. If the love was passion, the hate will be obsession. A need to see the once-loved weak and cowed and beneath pity. Disgust is close and dignity is far away. The hate is not only for the once loved, it’s for yourself too; how could you ever have loved this?"

I am becoming such more of a bold and spontaneous girl, and I am enjoying every night out that comes from it. No matter what my anxiety tries to fill my head with negatively for the outcomes if I accept an invite, it’s ignored. If it’s gonna be bad, it’ll be bad. It’ll be read bad. But so far every night has been fucking great. Little do many people know you really are in control of your own happiness. You’re in control of it all. You’re in control. Enjoy it.
